Refer & Earn Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Christian Arts USA Refer & Earn Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Overview
The Christian Arts USA Refer & Earn Program exists to encourage people to share Christian Arts USA programs with others and, where applicable, receive a reward for eligible referrals.
Participation in this program is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Refer & Earn Program is open to individuals approved by Christian Arts USA to participate.
Christian Arts USA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept, decline, suspend, limit, or remove any person from the program at any time and for any reason.
3. Referral Rewards
A participant may be eligible to receive a referral reward for each qualifying referral, subject to the rules of the program in effect at the relevant time.
A referral will only qualify where all conditions set by Christian Arts USA are satisfied, including any requirements relating to valid form submission, genuine interest, eligibility of the referred person, completion of any required steps, and successful tracking of the referral through the participant’s personal referral link or code.
Christian Arts USA may withhold, refuse, reverse, cancel, or adjust any referral reward where it reasonably believes that:
- the referral was not genuine
- the referral was self-referred
- the referral was fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid
- the referral was generated in breach of these Terms and Conditions
- the referral was not properly tracked or attributed
- payment would otherwise be inappropriate in Christian Arts USA’ reasonable opinion
4. No Guarantee of Payment
Referral rewards are not guaranteed unless and until Christian Arts USA confirms that the referral qualifies under the program rules then in effect.
Christian Arts USA makes no representation or guarantee as to the number of referrals, amount of rewards, availability of rewards, or any ongoing opportunity to earn referral payments.
5. Maximum Referrals, Reward Caps, and Program Limits
Christian Arts USA may, at any time and in its absolute discretion:
- set, introduce, remove, reduce, or increase the reward amount payable per referral
- set, introduce, remove, reduce, or increase any maximum number of payable referrals
- set, introduce, remove, reduce, or increase any maximum payout amount
- limit the number of referrals payable per participant, per household, per family, per bank account, per email address, per campaign, or per period
- change what counts as a qualifying referral
- impose waiting periods, validation checks, or approval requirements before any reward is paid
These changes may apply immediately, including to future referrals and, where reasonably necessary, to unpaid or pending referrals.
6. Program Changes and Termination
Christian Arts USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, pause, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice.
This includes the right to:
- end the program entirely
- change reward amounts
- change payment thresholds
- change eligibility criteria
- change qualifying actions
- change how referrals are tracked or verified
- stop offering rewards for certain programs, campaigns, or categories of referral
Christian Arts USA will not be liable for any loss, disappointment, expectation, or alleged entitlement arising from any modification, suspension, or termination of the program.
7. Tracking and Attribution
Referral rewards will only be payable where Christian Arts USA is able to properly track and attribute the referral through the designated referral system, link, code, or method approved by Christian Arts USA.
Christian Arts USA is not responsible for:
- broken, altered, or incorrectly shared referral links
- browser or device issues
- cookie blocking, tracking prevention, or technical failures
- form submissions that cannot be correctly attributed
- third-party software, ad blockers, privacy settings, or platform limitations
- any other circumstance that prevents proper tracking of a referral
Where attribution cannot be reliably established, Christian Arts USA may determine, in its absolute discretion, that no reward is payable.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not:
- refer themselves
- create fake, duplicate, misleading, or spam submissions
- use deceptive, manipulative, or misleading advertising or messaging
- impersonate Christian Arts USA or represent themselves as acting on behalf of Christian Arts USA without permission
- use the program in any unlawful, abusive, harassing, unethical, or brand-damaging manner
- publish referral links or codes in a way that breaches platform policies, applicable law, or Christian Arts USA brand standards
- use paid ads, trademark bidding, spam messages, bots, or automated systems unless expressly approved in writing by Christian Arts USA
Christian Arts USA may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or remove participants and cancel unpaid rewards where misuse is suspected.
9. Payment Terms
Where rewards are approved, payment may be made by Christian Arts USA using the payment method nominated by the participant and approved by Christian Arts USA.
Christian Arts USA may require participants to provide bank details, tax information, identity verification, or other information before processing payment.
No payment will be made where required details are incomplete, inaccurate, or not provided within the requested timeframe.
Christian Arts USA may set minimum payment thresholds and payment cycles from time to time.
10. Tax and Personal Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for any tax, reporting, disclosure, or other legal obligations arising from any referral reward they receive.
Christian Arts USA does not provide tax, financial, or legal advice in relation to referral payments.
11. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership
Participation in the Refer & Earn Program does not create any employment, contractor, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, or other fiduciary relationship between the participant and Christian Arts USA.
Participants have no authority to bind Christian Arts USA or make representations on its behalf.
12. Use of Personal Information
Participants acknowledge that Christian Arts USA may collect, use, store, and process personal information for the administration of the Refer & Earn Program, including tracking referrals, validating eligibility, communicating with participants, and processing rewards, in accordance with its applicable privacy policy.
13. Discretion
Where these Terms and Conditions provide that Christian Arts USA may act in its discretion or reasonable discretion, the decision of Christian Arts USA will be final, except where prohibited by law.
14. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Arts USA excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, or disappointment arising out of or in connection with the Refer & Earn Program, including any program suspension, termination, tracking failure, ineligibility determination, or refusal or delay in payment.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
15. Amendment
Christian Arts USA may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing updated terms or otherwise notifying participants.
Continued participation in the Refer & Earn Program after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Refer & Earn Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
